A simple and easy-to-learn recipe for milk-flavored cookies
The recipe for milk-flavored cookies is very simple. First, melt the butter. Mix the butter, salad oil and fine sugar together and stir well. Add the flour and baking soda and knead into a dough. If the dough is very sticky during this step of kneading, you can add a small amount of flour and knead it until it is no longer sticky. The kneaded cookie flour will be very soft.
It's time to make cookies. I used a trick: place a sheet of baking oiled paper on the baking tray and set it aside. Spread the cookie flour evenly on the oiled paper and press it down by hand. Try to make it as thick as possible, about 4 millimeters is fine. The thickness is related to the baking time. It's fine if it's thicker. Then gently cut them into small squares with a knife, and arrange them one by one on the baking tray. If you have the patience, you can print one with a cookie mold, which is of course very beautiful.
Preheat the oven. After it's done, put it in the oven. I usually bake it at 170 degrees for about 5 to 10 minutes. Since each oven and the actual temperature are different, the size and thickness of the cookies vary, so there is no fixed baking time. When baking, I will cover the top with an aluminum sheet of paper so that the cookies are less likely to get burnt.
If you like milk flavor, strawberry flavor, etc., you can add seasoning powder in the second step. It's out of the oven. Doesn't it look delicious?
